Wang Ke's experience in the treatment of acne based on the Tiangui Theory

摘要
痤疮是一种较常见且易反复发作的皮肤病,王珂教授对治疗痤疮有其独到的认识和治疗经验,提出对痤疮病机认识应从"天癸理论"出发,结合后天脾胃易损,认为天癸失衡,肾中阴阳失调是痤疮产生的内在因素;后天脾胃易损、冲任二脉失司、脾虚生湿、湿郁化热、阻滞局部导致发病;病后气机不畅,痰瘀阻络,瘢痕色素形成.在治疗上以补天癸,调阴阳治其根,清热利湿、调和局部气血除其标,提倡固本兼除标,临床中常用滋肾、清热、凉血、行气之法治之,常收良效.
Abstract
Acne is a common and prone to recurrent skin disease.Professor Wang Ke has unique understanding and treatment experience in the treatment of acne.Professor Wang proposes that the understanding of the pathogenesis of acne should start from the"Tiangui Theory"and combine it with the acquired vulnerability of the spleen and stomach.It is believed that the imbalance of Tiangui and the imbalance of yin and yang in the kidneys are the original factors of acne;Acquired vulnerability of the spleen and stomach,dysfunction of conception channel and thoroughfare channel,spleen deficiency resulting in production of dampness,stagnated dampness and heat transformed,and local obstruction lead to the onset of the disease;After illness,qi movement is not smooth,phlegm stasis blocks the collaterals,and scar pigment forms.In terms of treatment,Professor Wang uses tonifying Tiangui,and regulating yin and yang to treat the root cause,clearing heat and damp elimination,and harmonizing local qi and blood to remove the symptoms;Professor Wang advocates consolidating body resistance and removing symptoms,and in clinical practice,the methods of nourishing the kidney,clearing heat,cooling blood,and activating qi-flowing are often used to treat this disease.This therapy has the good effect.
