Effect of remazolam besylate on injection pain in gynecological surgery patients
Objective To observe the effect of remazolam besylate pretreatment on propofol injection pain in gynecological outpatients undergoing painless surgery. Methods 301 patients who planned to undergo painless surgery in gynecology clinic of Deyang People's Hospital from July 1,2022 to January 31,2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into remazolam besylate group(group R)(n=146)and midazolam group(group M)(n=155)according to random number table method. Before induction, group R received remazolam besylate injection, while group M received midazolam injection. The changes of basic vital signs, the incidence of injection pain, anesthesia effect, salvage sedation rate, and incidence of adverse reactions at different time points after induction in two groups were observed. Results Compared with group M,in group R,the hemodynamics was more stable, the incidence of injection pain was reduced, the dosage of general anesthesia propofol was less, the anesthesia effect was better, and the frequency of salvage sedation and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly reduced. Conclusion Remazolam besylate pretreatment can effectively reduce the incidence of propofol injection pain in patients undergoing painless surgery in gynecology clinic, reduce the total dosage of propofol during operation, shorten postoperative recovery time, and maintain hemodynamic stability. This method is safer and more effective.
