第三腰椎横突综合征是骨伤科常见疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量.为寻找安全性高、治疗效果佳、诊疗费用低、毒副作用小的医治方法,对近5年研究该疾病的文献进行总结和梳理,并结合临床实际阐明治疗观点.认为针灸疗法可从舒筋通络方面解决气滞血瘀,缓解疼痛:中药内服和外敷可从补肾、强筋、壮骨方面进行活血化瘀,缓解疼痛;针刀疗法可从松解黏连方面加快局部血液循环,缓解疼痛;推拿疗法可从改善肌肉紧张和痉挛方面加强血液循环,缓解疼痛.通过结合针灸、中药、针刀、推拿等诊疗方法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征可安全、快速、有效解除病痛.
Progress in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome
The third lumbar transverse process syndrome is a common disease in orthopedics and traumatology,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In order to find a treatment method with high safety,good therapeutic effect,low diagnosis and treatment cost and minimal toxic side effects,this article summarizes and sorts out the literature on this disease in the past 5 years,and combines with clinical practice to clarify the treatment viewpoint.It is believed that acupuncture therapy can relieve stagnation of qi and blood stasis in terms of relieving rigidity of muscles and dredging collaterals,then relieve pain;Oral taking Chinese medicine and external application of Chinese medicine can promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis by invigorating the kidney,and strengthening tendons and bones,then relieve pain;Acupotomy treatment can accelerate local blood circulation by loosening adhesion,then relieve pain;Massage can improve blood circulation by improving muscle tension and spasms,then relieve pain.The treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome by combining acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine,acupotomy,massage and other diagnostic and therapeutic methods can safely,quickly and effectively relieve the pain of patients.
