摘要
防风,药性辛、甘,微温,具有养护正气、解表、祛风胜湿之效,临床广泛应用于预防疫病的滋生及治疗寒疫、风疫、湿疫等症,具有良好的防治效果.近年来,随着对防风药理作用的研究逐渐深入,发现该药材具有解热、镇痛、抗炎抗菌、调节免疫等多重作用.通过对疫病治疗理论、防风性味及功效溯源、治疫作用和现代药理学研究等方面进行回顾与分析,以期为防风的开发运用提供参考.
Abstract
Herbal properties of divaricate saposhnikovia root are pungent,sweet and slightly warm.It has the effects of nourishing vital qi,relieving superficies syndrome,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness.Clinically,it is widely used to prevent the occurrence and development of epidemic diseases and treat cold pestilence,wind pestilence and damp pestilence,with good preventive and curative effects.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of research on the pharmacological effects of divaricate saposhnikovia root,it has been found that this medicinal herb has antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial and immunoregulatory effects.This article reviews and analyzes the theories of the treatment of epidemic diseases,and nature and flavour,the traceability of the efficacy,the therapeutic effects in the treatment of epidemic diseases and modern pharmacological research of divaricate saposhnikovia root,in order to provide a reference for the development and application of divaricate saposhnikovia root.
