Observation on the therapeutic effect of electroencephalographic biofeedback combined with learning task training in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 68 children with ADHD were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy, and the observation group received electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.12%,32/34)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%,26/34)(P<0.05).After treatment, the beta(β)waves of both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, theta(θ)and SMR waves in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(both P<0.05).After treatment,Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of sustained attention test indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy combined with learning task training in the treatment of children with ADHD can improve the symptoms of attention deficit and cerebral electrical activity. This therapy has significant effects.
