Based on the traditional theory of xiang thinking,xiang thinking mode of"observing xiang,comparing xiang,imagining xiang and abstracting xiang"is propsed.Based on the understanding of the microcosmic process of diseases in modern medicine,the theory of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the extraction of the laws of collateral disease theory are propsed,which follows the xiang thinking from the discovery of physics to the metaphysical extraction,and guided by the theory of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation and collateral disease theory,precise targeted drug delivery can be used in clinical practice.During conducting inspection in traditional Chinese medicine,based on the theory of biological holography,visual analysis of the color and location distribution of the face,eye expression and tongue morphology,and the location distribution of the corresponding collaterals in the Chinese medicine diagnosis is beneficial for improving the objectivity and precision of the inspection in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is of great significance in guiding the diagnosis of diseases and the prescription drug-used.
