Clinical observation on the treatment of distal radius fracture with manipulative reduction and external fixation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujin powder
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction and external fixation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujin powder in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Neijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulative reduction and external fixation of small splints,and the observation group was treated with external application of Hongbai Shujin powder on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Symptom resolution time,fracture healing time,wrist joint range of motion and treatment safety of both groups were evaluated after 1 month of continuous treatment.Results The symptoms of pain,swelling,and deformity in the observation group were milder than those in the control group,and blood stasis resolution time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Wrist joint range of motion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction and external fixation of small splints combined with Hongbai Shujin powder has the good effect in the treatment of distal radius fracture,which can promote the symptoms resolution,shorten fracture healing time,improve wrist joint range of motion,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve hemorheology indexes.This therapy has the good safety.
