Clinical study on the treatment of hypopigmented disorders of vulva with herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation in the treatment of hypopigmented disorders of vulva.Methods 90 patients with hypopigmented disorders of vulva who visited Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation,while the control group received external application of hypocrellin ointment.The clinical effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The overall clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,while that of the control group was only 73.33%.By comparing the data of two groups,it could be found that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of effectiveness,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Subsequent one month follow-up was conducted on both groups,and the results showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Herbal penetration therapy combined with acupoint manipulation is feasible,effective,and has a low recurrence rate,providing new evidence and ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.
