象思维视角下仝小林"糖络病"核心防治策略分析

象思维是中医药学的核心思维方式,善用象思维是中医药自我创新的关键.在防治糖尿病及其并发症的过程中,仝小林教授着眼于糖尿病"高血糖"的特征和"络脉损伤"的结局,提出将"糖络病"作为现代糖尿病概念名词,认为防治因络脉损伤引起的糖尿病血管并发症是现代糖尿病治疗的关键所在.基于象思维与中医三个不同维度的联系,分析仝小林教授所提出构建的以"早期治络、全程通络"为核心防治策略的"糖络病"中医"理法方药"体系,为临床运用象思维工具探究中医药治疗现代疾病提供参考.
Analysis of Professor Tong Xiaolin's Core Prevention and Treatment Strategies for"Blood Glucose Collateral Disease"from the Perspective of"Xiang"Thinking
Xiang thinking is the core thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and making good use of xiang thinking is the key to self-innovation in TCM.In the process of prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications,focusing on the characteristics of"hyperglycemia"of diabetes and the outcome of"collaterals injury",Professor Tong Xiaolin proposes to take blood glucose collateral disease as the concept of modern diabetes;And Professor Tong Xiaolin believes that the prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications caused by collaterals injury is the key to modern diabetes treatment.Based on the connection between xiang thinking and three different dimensions of traditional Chinese medicine,this article analyzes the construction system of traditional Chinese medicine"principle-method-recipe-medicines"for blood glucose collateral disease proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin,and this system is based on the core prevention and treatment strategy of"early treatment of the collaterals,and full-course dredging collaterals",providing reference for the clinical application of xiang thinking as a tool to explore the treatment of modern diseases with TCM.
