Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a chronic debilitating disease often accompanied by symptoms such as repeated fatigue,pain,and memory decline.The clinical treatments methods are limited,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy has definite curative effect in preventing and treating chronic debilitating diseases.After organizing and analyzing the literature on TCM treatment of CFS with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and systematically summarizing various methods of TCM treatment for CFS with yang dificiency of spleen and kidney,it is found that traditional Chinese medicine is administered orally for treatment according to the principle of warming the kidney and regulating the spleen,and warming the spleen and benefiting the kidney;The acupuncture is performed using acupuncture techniques such as strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney,benefiting the kidney and regulating Du,and reinforcing needling technique with heating manipulation;Moxibustion methods such as long-snake moxibustion,Du moxibustion and indirect moxibustion have been used for moxibustion,and massage methods such as consolidating body resistance and cultivating the energy,and back massage have been used;And scholars have also combined multiple methods or used other methods for treatment,all of which have achieved significant therapeutic effects.However,the specific process and operation of TCM treatment methods still need to be further standardized and improved.At the same time,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of CFS,in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
