Research progress in risk factors and treatment of hemorrhagic transformation after intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke
Intravenous thrombolysis is a commonly used method in the clinical treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS),which can restore cerebral blood flow perfusion in time, rescue the dying neurological function, improve the rate of vascular recanalization, and reduce the mortality. However,AIS patients are prone to hemorrhagic transformation(HT)after intravenous thrombolysis. As a more serious complication after intravenous thrombolysis in AIS patients,HT can offset or reduce the benefits of intravenous thrombolysis therapy, and pose certain threat to the life safety of patients. This article mainly reviews the risk factors and treatment plans for HT after intravenous thrombolysis in AIS patients.
