摘要
杏仁辛苦而微温,具有降逆止咳、宣肺散邪、祛湿辟秽、润肠通便的功效,在疫病的防治中应用广泛且疗效显著.现代药理学研究表明,杏仁具有止咳平喘、抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、免疫调节等作用.通过对杏仁防治疫病的理论渊源、功效基础、现代药理作用及其使用注意等方面进行整理分析,以期为应用杏仁防疫治疫提供理论依据.
Abstract
Bitter apricot seed has the pungent and bitter taste,and the slightly warm nature.It has the effects of descending adverse qi and arresting cough,ventilating lung qi and eliminating pathogenic factor,removing dampness and repelling contamination,and clearing intestine and facitating feces excretion.It is widely used and has significant therapeutic effects in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that bitter apricot seed has the effects of relieving cough and asthma,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-virus,immune regulation and so on.By summarizing and analyzing the theoretical origins,efficacy basis,modern pharmacological effects,and usage precautions of bitter apricot seed for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,this study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the application of bitter apricot seed for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.
