Allergic constitution is the common soil for the occurrence of a variety of allergic diseases.Early identification and diagnosis of allergic constitution can effectively prevent the occurrence of allergy,and appropriate conditioning measures should be adopted,which has become the core of the treatment of allergic diseases in children.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic constitution formation are the dysfunction of zang fu viscera,and the imbalance of Yin and Yang,which is closely related to hidden pathogen.The pediatric characteristic diagnosis method of TCM is helpful for the early identification of allergic constitution,but the combination of four diagnostic methods,and the overall diagnosis based on syndrome differentiation in clinical practice are still needed.In the process of the formation of allergic constitution,parents'endowment is the determining factor of children's endowment,and the state of parents before pregnancy and the mother during pregnancy plays a key role.The birth of allergic children can be reduced by improving parents'awareness of pregnancy preparation,regulating their own state,paying attention to prenatal education,treating based on syndrome differentiation,strengthening exercise,and combining medicated diet.
