Research progress in perioperative evaluation and management of coagulation function in patients with acute aortic dissection
Acute aortic dissection(AAD)is a critical disease of the cardiovascular system that has received key attention in clinical practice because of its rapid progression and fatal symptoms. Many studies have found that changes in the coagulation function of AAD patients run through the entire process of the disease occurrence, development, and prognosis.By summarizing and comparing the effects of different surgical procedures on the coagulation function of AAD patients,it is found that open surgery results in more significant changes in coagulation function compared with endoluminal surgery.Furthermore,it is concluded that platelets,D-dimer,coagulation-sensitive proteins, and fibrinogen may be the biomarkers for evaluating and managing postoperative coagulation function of AAD patients, aiming to provide a certain reference for formulating a reasonable and effective therapeutic plan.
