洗涤对木棉/棉混纺针织物结构与性能的影响

摘要
以木棉/棉混纺纱线织造的双罗纹针织物为研究对象,测试评价洗涤前后木棉/棉混纺针织物形态结构、重量损失率、木棉含量、热湿舒适性等指标,探究洗涤次数、洗涤温度、干燥方式等洗涤参数对木棉/棉混纺针织物的结构与性能的影响.结果表明:洗涤后织物变得蓬松,有一定质量损失,主要源于木棉的损失,保温性能有所下降,透气透湿性有所提高,尺寸稳定性受洗涤温度次数影响较大.
Abstract
The interlock knitted fabric woven with kapok/cotton blended yarn was taken as the research ob-ject,the morphological structure,weight loss rate,kapok content,heat and humidity comfort and other indexes of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabrics before and after washing were tested and evaluated,and the effects of washing parameters such as washing times,washing temperature and drying methods on the structure and proper-ties of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabrics were explored.The results showed that the fabric became fluffy after washing and there was a certain quality loss,which was mainly due to the loss of kapok,the thermal insulation properties decreased,the air and moisture permeability improved,and the dimensional stability was greatly affect-ed by the number of washing temperatures.
