摘要

具有辐射降温功能的户外纺织品,可以很好地保护夏日高温下的户外人员.以涤纶织物为基材,自制的有机硅改性丙烯酸环氧乳液及BaSO4 粒子的混合分散液为整理剂,制备得到具有良好耐紫外老化和辐射降温功能的涂层整理织物.结果表明,当织物涂覆量为11.55 mg/cm2时,辐射降温涂层织物的平均太阳光反射率可达 92.56%,大气窗口的中红外平均发射率达91.36%,在太阳光直照下相对于原始涤纶织物可降温 5.2℃,且整理后的辐射降温涂层织物具有良好的耐磨及力学性能.此外,经24 h的紫外加速老化后,辐射降温涂层织物的K/S值几乎不变,且UVA波段的平均透过率仅 1.8%、UPF值可达 387.03,显示出良好的耐紫外老化性能.该涂层织物在户外降温领域有着良好的应用前景.

Abstract

Outdoor textiles with radiative cooling effect can effectively protect outdoor personnel under high summer temperature.In this paper,the coated fabric with good UV-aging resistant and radiative cooling func-tions was prepared with polyester fabric as the substrate,the self-made silicone-modified acrylic epoxy emulsion and the mixed dispersion of BaSO4 particles as the finishing agents.The results showed that when the coating a-mount was 11.55 mg/cm2,the average solar reflectance of the coated radiative cooling fabric could reach 92.56%,and the average mid-infrared emissivity of the atmospheric window could reach 91.36%.Under direct sunlight,the fabric could cool down 5.2℃compared with the original polyester one.And the coated radiative cooling fabric after finishing had good wear resistance and mechanical properties.In addition,after 24 hours of UV accelerated aging,the K/S value of the coated radiative cooling fabric remained almost unchanged.The aver-age UVA transmittance of the fabric was only 1.8%,and the UPF value could reach 387.03,showing good UV-aging resistance.The coated fabric has good application prospect in the field of outdoor cooling.
