乌拉草絮片制备工艺优化与性能评价

以乌拉草和ES纤维为原料,采用热风粘合工艺制备了 9 种乌拉草/ES纤维复合絮片,通过正交优化和极差分析评价了9 种絮片的透气性、透湿性、保暖性及压缩性能,结果表明当乌拉草/ES纤维混合比为 8∶2,热粘温度为 145℃,热粘时间 15 min时,复合絮片的综合性能最优,此条件下制备的复合絮片的透气性为 1321.71 mm/s,透湿性为 157.887 g/m2·h,导热系数为0.0405 KJ/m·K·h,压缩恢复率为 78.21%.研究为乌拉草在絮片方面的应用提供参考与依据.
Preparation Process Optimization and Performance Evaluation of Carex Meyeriana Kunth Flocs
In this paper,9 kinds of carex meyeriana kunth/ES fiber composite flocs were prepared by hot air bonding process with carex meyeriana kunth and ES fiber as raw materials.The air permeability,moisture perme-ability,warmth retention and compression properties of 9 kinds of flocs were evaluated by orthogonal optimization and range analysis.The results showed that when the mixing ratio of carex meyeriana kunth/ES fiber was 8∶2,the hot bonding temperature was 145℃,and the hot bonding time was 15 min,the comprehensive performance of the composite flocs was the best.The air permeability of the composite flocs prepared under this condition was 1321.71 mm/s,the moisture permeability was 157.887 g/m2·h,the thermal conductivity was 0.0405 KJ/m·K·h,and the compression recovery rate was 78.21%.The study provided reference and basis for the applica-tion of carex meyeriana kunth in floccules.
