同轴聚氨酯传感复合纤维的制备及其性能研究

为了实现弹性传感聚氨酯纤维力学性能与传感性能的平衡,以TPU为同轴纤维的芯层,以TPU、GO、C2AgF3O2 复合物作为同轴纤维的外层,并使用L-AA将纤维外层传感物质原位还原,形成TPU、rGO、AgNPs三种物质组合的传感层,制备得出TPU-AgNPs-rGO-TPU传感纤维.探究了该传感纤维在不同参数下的拉伸以及传感性能.结果表明,以 30%TPU为芯层,以AgNPs、1.5%rGO、15%TPU组合为外层时,纤维的力学与传感性能达到最优平衡.其中拉伸强力为23.01 MPa,断裂伸长率为 576.23%.TPU-AgNPs-rGO-TPU纤维能够有效地检测外部刺激,具有高灵敏度特性(GF最高为44.61),电导率为173.55 ms/cm,并且能够稳定识别出人体各部位运动和生理信号,具有良好的应用前景.
Preparation and Properties of Coaxial Polyurethane Sensing Composite Fiber
In order to balance the mechanical and sensing properties of elastic sensing polyurethane fibers,TPU was taken as the core layer of coaxial fiber,TPU、GO、C2 AgF3 O2 composites as out layer,the fiber outer sensing layer was in-situ reduced with L-AA to form a sensing layer integrating TPU,rGO and AgNPs,and TPU-AgNPs-rGO-TPU sensing fibers were prepared.Tensile and sensing properties of the sensing fibers with differ-ent parameters were studied.The results showed that the optimal balance between mechanical and sensing proper-ties of the fiber was achieved with 30%TPU as core layer and AgNPs,1.5%rGO and 15%TPU composite as out layer.The tensile strength was 23.01 MPa and elongation at break was 576.23%.TPU-AgNPs-rGO-TPU fiber could effectively sense the external stimulation,possessing high sensitivity characteristics(highest GF was 44.61),and the electrical conductivity was 173.55 ms/cm.The fiber could sustainably detect human motions and physiological signals,demonstrating promising application prospect.
