Preparation and Properties of Tea Polyphenol-modified Nanocellulose Aerogels
With the improvement of living standards and the advance of technology, flexible piezoresistive sensors applied to smart wear have received much attention. In this paper, nanocellulose was modified by tea polyphenol and FeCl3,multi-walled carbon nanotubes were added to confer electrical conductivity, and tea poly-phenol/nanocellulose(TP/CNF)aerogel was successfully prepared by freeze-drying method.TP/CNF had good compression resistance and elasticity with the maximum compression stress of 465.4 KPa,which was a 4-fold in-crease compared with that before modification. And elasticity recovery was improved from almost nothing to 75%,which could exhibit repetitive electrical signals in cyclic compression and had the potential to be used as a flexible sensor.
