茶多酚改性纳米纤维素气凝胶的制备及性能研究

摘要
随着生活水平的提高和科技的进步,应用于智能穿戴的柔性压阻式传感器受到许多人的关注.通过茶多酚和FeCl3 对纳米纤维素进行改性,添加多壁碳纳米管赋予导电性,用冷冻干燥法成功制备了茶多酚/纳米纤维素(TP/CNF)气凝胶.TP/CNF具有良好的耐压缩性和弹性,最大耐压缩应力为 465.4 KPa,相较于改性前提高了 4 倍,弹性回复率由几乎没有提升至75%,在循环压缩中可以表现出重复的电信号,具有作为柔性传感器的潜力.
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards and the advance of technology,flexible piezoresistive sensors applied to smart wear have received much attention.In this paper,nanocellulose was modified by tea polyphenol and FeCl3,multi-walled carbon nanotubes were added to confer electrical conductivity,and tea poly-phenol/nanocellulose(TP/CNF)aerogel was successfully prepared by freeze-drying method.TP/CNF had good compression resistance and elasticity with the maximum compression stress of 465.4 KPa,which was a 4-fold in-crease compared with that before modification.And elasticity recovery was improved from almost nothing to 75%,which could exhibit repetitive electrical signals in cyclic compression and had the potential to be used as a flexible sensor.
