摘要

纤维素纤维作为世界上储量最大的可再生资源,在日常生活中得以广泛应用.然而其易燃性增加了引发火灾的风险,对人们的生命和财产安全造成潜在危害,故对纤维素纤维进行阻燃改性是提高其火安全性的有效措施.概述了纤维素的燃烧机理和阻燃方法,总结了共混法阻燃纤维素纤维的研究进展;讨论了共混法纤维素纤维在发展和应用中存在的问题,提出了共混纤维素纤维的发展方向,即通过减小阻燃剂粒径、增加阻燃剂相容性,并结合绿色化、经济化和工艺简单化,进一步改进和创新生产工艺,以提高其性能和应用范围.

Abstract

Cellulose fiber is widely used in daily life as the world's largest reserve of renewable resources.However,its flammability increases the risk of causing fire,which is potentially hazardous to people's lives and property safety.Flame retardant modification of cellulose fibers is an effective measure to improve their fire safe-ty.In this paper,the combustion mechanism and flame retardant methods of cellulose were firstly outlined,the research progress in flame retardant cellulose fibers by blending method was summarized,the existing problems in the development and application of blended cellulose fibers were discussed.And finally,the development direc-tion of blended cellulose fibers was put forward,that was,through decreasing the particle size of flame retardant,increasing the compatibility of flame retardant,and combining with the environmental protection,economization and process simplification,the production process was further improved and innovated in order to improve its per-formance and application range.
