摘要
综述了纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)的制备、性能和在纺织领域中的应用.目前,CNF的制备方法主要分为机械法、化学法、酶处理法以及预处理法,最常用的是化学法中的TEMPO介导氧化法,可稳定制造出均匀性好、纯度高的CNF,但使用了苛刻的化学品,污染环境,也有绿色生产方式如深度共融溶剂(DES)等.CNF因其高比表面积、优异机械性能、生物降解性和表面活性等特性,不仅作为上浆材料替代传统高污染产品,还用于构建高强高韧复合薄膜、生物传感器及功能整理剂等,但存在界面粘合性等问题,通过表面改性技术可改善以满足纺织产业向绿色低碳、高性能方向发展的需求.
Abstract
The preparation,properties and applications in textile field of cellulose nanofibres(CNF)were reviewed.At present,the preparation methods of CNF include mechanical method,chemical method,enzyme treatment and pretreatment.The most commonly-used method is the TEMPO-mediated oxidation way of chemical method,which steadily prepares CNF with good uniformity and high purity while pollutes the environment be-cause of the use of harsh chemicals.There is also green production way such as deep eutectic solvent(DES).Because of the high specific surface area,excellent mechanical properties,biodegradability and surface activity,CNF is not only used as a sizing material to replace traditional high-polluting products,but also used to construct high-strength and high-toughness composite films,biosensors and functional finishing agents.As for the problem of interface adhesion,the surface modification technology can be used to improve it so as to meet the needs of green low carbon and high performance development of textile industry.
