摘要
熔融沉积成型因其材料多样性、制造复杂结构的能力强、成本效益高和可个性化定制的特点而备受纺织领域青睐.为实现不同织物的制造,除了使用常规的热塑性聚合物材料外,可以在聚合物基材中添加各种增强材料,这些增强材料包括短纤维复合材料、连续纤维复合材料、天然纤维复合材料和纳米复合材料,用以提升织物的性能.不同材料类型的打印工艺参数不同,所涉及的后处理方式也不相同.因此,综合考虑材料特性和制件要求,选择适当的打印工艺参数和后处理方式是确保最终制件质量的关键.
Abstract
Fused deposition modeling technology is highly favored in the textile field due to its material di-versity,ability to manufacture complex structures,cost-effectiveness and potential for personalized customiza-tion.To realize the manufacturing of different fabrics,various reinforcement materials can be added to the poly-mer base material in addition to conventional thermoplastic polymer materials.These reinforcement materials in-clude short fiber composites,continuous fiber composites,natural fiber composites,and nanocomposites,aiming to enhance fabric performance.Different types of materials require different printing process parameters,and the post-processing methods involved vary accordingly.Therefore,considering the material characteristics and com-ponent requirements,selecting appropriate printing process parameters and post-processing methods is crucial to ensure the final component quality.
