教育现代化的现代性价值旨趣及危机消解

中国式教育现代化既与世界其他国家教育现代化有相似性,也具有中国特色.教育现代化的本质是现代性的增长.教育现代性是教育现代化的价值坐标和总体特征,以德为先是教育现代性的出发点,培养时代新人是教育现代性的落脚点,塑造核心价值观是教育现代性的根据点.教育现代化的现代性价值旨趣是面向教育现代化未来的一种应然价值取向,体现为以主体性为价值基点、以超越性为价值本质、以批判性为价值目标、以规则性为价值向度.当前,教育现代化的现代性存在以下桎梏:公平与质量协同及优质资源供需的困顿,传统继承颠覆引起的历史断裂危机,工具理性对价值理性的消解,教育生态意识薄弱造成系统发展失衡.为了消解由这些桎梏引起的危机,可以采取以下措施:以公平与质量协同实现教育共富,坚守牢记过去走向未来的宏阔历史视野,警惕技术工具理性暗含的资本僭越,坚持系统观念协同共建教育生态.教育现代化的现代性尚未完成,是面向未来的现代性,在社会实践活动中不断突破现实,在自我批评和批判中不断更新、超越,只有消解现代性的现实困境,中国式教育现代化进程和教育强国建设才能落地生根.
Modernity Value Purport and Crisis Resolution of Educational Modernization
The modernization of Chinese education shares similarities with the educational modernization of other countries worldwide,while also possessing distinct Chinese characteristics.The essence of educational modernization is the growth of modernity.Educational modernity is the value benchmark and overall characteristic of educational moderniza-tion.Prioritizing virtue is the starting point of educational modernity;cultivating the new generation is the landing point of educational modernity;shaping core values is the basic point of educational modernity.The modernity value purport of ed-ucational modernization is an inevitable value orientation towards the future of educational modernization,manifested as taking subjectivity as the value basis,transcendence as the value essence,criticality as the value goal,and normativity as the value dimensionality.Currently,the modernity of educational modernization faces the following constraints:the dilem-ma of balancing equity and quality and the supply-demand disparity of quality resources;the crisis of historical discontinu-ity caused by the disruption of traditional inheritance;the dissolution of value rationality by instrumental rationality;and the imbalance in system development due to a weak awareness of educational ecology.To alleviate the crises caused by these constraints,the following measures can be taken:achieving educational prosperity through the synergy of equity and quality;maintaining a broad historical perspective that remembers the past while advancing towards the future;being vigi-lant of the latent usurpation by capital inherent in technological instrumental rationality;and adhering to a systemic ap-proach to collaboratively build an educational ecosystem.The modernity of educational modernization is yet to be fully re-alized;it is future-oriented,continuously breaking through reality in social practice and constantly renewing and transcend-ing itself through self-criticism and critique.Only by resolving the real dilemmas of modernity can the process of Chinese educational modernization and the construction of education power take root and flourish.
