Teachers need to carry out comprehensive physical labor,mental labor,and emotional labor,and because of the human nature of education,teachers'emotional labor is particularly important.The need for small-incision actions under the context of the digital transformation of education,the improvement of teachers'core competitiveness in the era of digital and artificial intelligence,and the practical response to the digital expansion and transformation of teachers'emo-tional labor have promoted the digital transformation of teachers'emotional labor,and teachers'digital emotional labor has been born in accordance with the times,technology and practice.Teachers'digital emotional labor has both the basic at-tributes of teachers'digital labor and teachers'emotional labor.Compared with teachers'traditional emotional labor,it has similar characteristics,but also has different characteristics in many dimensions such as scene,time,space,tools,state,pr-esentation mode,audience,rules,supervision,employment relationship,status and remuneration,and will bring a series of positive and negative effects.For teachers'digital emotional labor that already exists,needs to be revealed,and needs to be guided,we need to consider the strategies for guiding teachers'digital emotional labor practices from both internal and external perspectives,promote teachers'digital emotional labor to be reasonably expressed and vividly displayed,and help teachers and students to co-grow together with digital emotional labor and achieve a better education life finally.
