习近平《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》中的"文艺功能论"

摘要
2023年10月全国宣传思想文化工作会议提出并阐释了习近平文化思想.这一重要思想,既有文化理论上的创新和突破,又有文化工作布局上的部署和要求,明确了新时代文化建设的路线图和任务书,为做好新时代新征程宣传思想文化工作、担负起新的文化使命提供了坚强思想保证、强大精神力量、有利文化条件.为深入学习和研究习近平文化思想,办好哲学社会科学类学术期刊,由成都理工大学社会科学处、学术期刊中心主办,《成都理工大学学报(社会科学版)》编辑部承办,邀请哈尔滨工业大学、四川大学、华中师范大学、中国地质大学(武汉)、成都理工大学等院校专家,组织召开了"深入学习领会习近平文化思想"学术研讨会.会议研讨了习近平文化思想的内涵、特点及逻辑,习近平文化思想的原创性贡献,习近平文化思想的理论价值及现实意义,习近平《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》中的"文艺功能论",以习近平文化思想为指引深度推进文旅产业高质量发展,以及如何发扬光大中华优秀传统文化等.学报编辑部现将与会专家的发言以专题形式编发,以飨读者.
Abstract
In October 2023,the National Conference on Propaganda,Ideological,and Cultural Work introduced and explained Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.This important thought not only encompasses innovations and breakthroughs in cultural theory but also sets out strategic deployment requirements for cultural work.It clarifies the roadmap and tasks for cultural construction in the new era,providing a powerful ideological guarantee,a powerful spiritual force,and favorable cultural conditions for carrying out propaganda,ideological,and cultural work in the new journey of the new era and taking on new cultural missions.To deeply study and research Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and improve the management of academic journals in philosophy and social sciences,the Department of Social Sciences and the Academic Journal Center of Chengdu University of Technology organized a seminar on the"Deepening the Study and Understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture."The academic symposium,hosted by the Editorial Office of the Journal of Chengdu University of Technology(Social Sciences Edition),invited experts from Harbin Institute of Technology,Sichuan University,Central China Normal University,China University of Geosciences(Wuhan),and Chengdu University of Technology.The conference focused on the connotation,characteristics,and logic of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,the original contributions,theoretical value,and practical significance.The seminar also discussed the"theory of the function of literature and art"in Xi Jinping speech at the symposium on literature and art,the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,and how to promote and enhance the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The editorial board of the journal compiles the speeches of the participating experts into a special issue for the readers.
