Rational Construction and Sustainable Survival of Urban Ecological Spaces:A Case Study of Jinjiang Greenway in Chengdu

城市发展是一个动态演变过程,如何理性建设维护市内生态空间,与有效规划政府预算投入,促进人与自然和谐共生息息相关.文章主要研究如何理性建维城市生态空间,首先阐述生态空间建设对城市发展的多方面促进作用,并以成都市锦江绿道为例,总结了建设运营现状.其次,根据搜集到的成都市园地绿化情况相关数据,指出城市生态空间非理性建维可能面临的风险及存在问题:(1)政策保障力度不够;(2)长期运营维护成本高昂;(3)过度建设生态空间浪费宝贵的资源;(4)城市运行缺乏科学逻辑支撑,实施主体能量有待提高;(5)消费场景不优,业态串联不畅,生态空间难以持久存续.最后针对相关问题提出了对策与建议.
Abstract
Urban development is a dynamic evolutionary process,where rational construction and maintenance of ecological spaces within a city are closely related to effective planning,government budget allocation,and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.This paper mainly studies how to rationally construct and maintain urban ecological spaces.We first explain the multifaceted role of ecological space construction in urban development.Taking the Jinjiang Greenway in Chengdu as an example,we summarize the current status of construction and operation,and collect related data on green spaces in Chengdu.This paper identifies potential risks and issues in the irrational construction and maintenance of urban ecological spaces:(1)Insufficient policy support;(2)High long-term operation and maintenance costs;(3)Over-construction of ecological spaces wasting valuable resources;(4)Lack of scientific logic in urban operation,and the need to enhance the capability of implementing entities;(5)Suboptimal consumer scenarios and poor business format linkage,making sustainability challenging.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for these issues.
