The construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities is a systematic project.To strengthen it,we must enhance the system thinking,strengthen the system concept,promote the construction of teachers'ethics in an"integrated"manner,and constantly improve the scientific,standardized,and modernized level of the construction of teachers'ethics.Strengthening the internal connections,optimizing the external environment of the system,and enhancing the internal and external linkage of the system are three important practical paths for the"integrated"advancement of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities.Establishing and improving the long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics in colleges and universities,forming an operational mechanism of"vertical and horizontal coordination"is the core of strengthening the internal connection of the system;Optimizing the political,economic and cultural environment,the pubic opinion environment,and creating a social atmosphere that respects teachers and values education are the main focus for creating a good external environment;The key to strengthen the internal and external linkage of the system is to integrate the resources inside and outside the school and coordinate the advancement of various tasks to form a"joint force".
