The perspective on people's cultural rights and interests constitutes a vital facet of Xi Jinping's cultural thought. It has been formed and developed over a century of the Communist Party of China leading the people in cultural construction. This perspective is a fusion of Marxist cultural thought,fine traditional Chinese culture,and the cultural practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,forging the spiritual pillar of the Chinese path to modernization. Historically,the Communist Party of China's view on people's cultural rights and interests has gone through four developmental stages:the revolutionary perspective of "cultural liberation",the construction perspective of "cultural rebirth",the reform perspective of "cultural reform",and the nation strengthening perspective of "cultural confidence". These stages showcase the adherence to the value logic centered around the people,the theoretical logic of guiding with Marxist cultural ideas and their Sinicization,the practical logic of people's creation,and the developmental logic of cultural heritage and innovation.
