摘要

大多数伤亡较大的煤矿安全事故发生前期往往伴随着环境的潜在变化,因为不能及时察觉而错过了最佳救亡时机.由此提出基于"人-机-环-管"的矿下安全作业智能管控系统,旨在通过智能管控设备实现实时监测、准确预警.系统通过物联网技术实现矿下环境监测、生命体征监测、实时定位和联网控制等几大功能,还包括智能报警、智能语音助手、电子栅栏、可视化云平台等其他辅助功能,以完善系统的安全管控作用.经实验结果表明,系统能稳定运行并实时监测矿下作业环境,提供精准的定位信息,可有效提高煤矿下安全作业系数,为数字矿山建设奠定了安全基础.

Abstract

The early stage of most coal mine safety accidents with large casualties is often accompanied by potential chan-ges in the environment.The miners miss the best time to save their lives because they cannot detect it in time.There-fore,wepropose an intelligent control system for mine safety operation based on a"man-machine-environment-pipe",ai-ming to realize real-time monitoring and accurate early warning through intelligent control equipment.The system through the Internet of Things technology,includes mine environment monitoring,vital signs monitoring,real-time positioning and network control,and other major functions,including intelligent alarm,intelligent voice assistant,electronic fence,visual cloud platform,and other auxiliary functions,to improve the security control function of the system.The experimental re-sults show that the system can run stably and monitor the underground working environment in real-time,provide accurate positioning information,and effectively improve the safety operating coefficient of the underground coal mines,laying a safe foundation for the construction of the digital mine.
