Influence of Formation Pressure Value Error on Gas Well Productivity Equation in Low Permeability Gas Reservoir and Correction Method
Due to factors such as development or testing technology, the binomial deliverability e-quation of gas well sometimes has big errors and even has an abnormal situation of negative slope. For low permeability gas wells, the average formation pressure within the supply range will drop sig-nificantly with production. Without accurate reference of formation pressure, it is impossible to ob-tain the deliverability equation and unobstructed flow rate in line with the actual situation. In view of the measurement or value error of the average formation pressure within the detection range of gas wells in low permeability reservoirs, by using the production and bottom hole flowing pressure data of different test procedure and combining the binomial productivity equation in the form of pressure square, the average formation pressure is obtained through regression method. Through the calcula-tion of productivity test examples of low permeability gas wells, the average formation pressure ob-tained through regression analysis can accurately calculate the binomial productivity equation and un-obstructed flow rate, providing effective guidance for the development and production allocation of subsequent production wells.
