Status Analysis of"Double-qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges:A Case Study of a Vocational and Technical College in Hunan Province
This paper investigates and analyzes the construction of"double-qualified"teaching team in a higher vocational college in Hunan Province. In view of a series of problems existed in teachers' proportion, composition and construction system, the study proposes corresponding measures such as normalizing teaching team's standard, optimizing the structure of teaching team and completing management system of teaching team, which helps to form a high-level"double-qualified"teaching team.
