Entrepreneurship Education of Students in Petroleum Higher Vocational Colleges
With expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of college gradu-ates increase year by year. However, the worldwide financial market has been sluggish, China's economic growth slows down obviously, and the international oil price has tumbled, as a result, the employment situation becomes grim for graduates in petroleum higher vocational colleges. The entre-preneurship education is conducted in colleges to solve the problem of employment. Starting from the employment situation in petroleum higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the necessity of conducting entrepreneurship education based on national policy and advantages of petroleum colle-ges. The inadequate implementation of relevant national policy, immature concept and form of entre-preneurship education and deficient cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises have hindered the development of students' entrepreneurial ability and implementation of entrepreneurial projects. In view of the problems highlighted in entrepreneurship education in colleges, four aspects of optimization measures are proposed in this paper: combining characteristics of oil professional, connecting entrepreneurial projects with national development strategy, improving mechanism of en-trepreneurship education, and seeking collaborative venture between production and learning. These measures aim to emphasize the leading role of colleges in cultivating students' entrepreneurial con-sciousness and ability, and promote the industrialization and marketization of entrepreneurial projects.
