Deep Integration of Grass-roots Party Construction into Production and Management in Enterprises under the Background of Big Data:A Case Study of Petroleum Engineering Construction Enterprises
With the accelerating pace of digital transformation, petroleum engineering construction enterprises need to actively explore how to integrate grass-roots party construction into enterprise in-formatization and digitalization based on the new era. Based on the background of big data and guided by the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era, this paper actively explores the working pattern of"Big Party Construction", and discusses the theory and practice of deep integration of grass-roots party construction into project management mechanism in engineering construction enterprises. First, based on the new era, the business work within the system is carried out through the integration of portal platform entrances, starting a new practice of in-depth integra-tion of enterprise grass-roots party building into production and operation; Second, based on the a-chievements of grass-roots party building work in petroleum engineering construction enterprises, through project big data management, a new journey of deep integration sets off; Third, adhering to the new development concept, the digitalization level of enterprise grass-roots party building is im-proved constantly.
