基于"OPAD"理论的高职思政课教学模式探究

通过文献调研、问卷调查和实证分析,揭示了线上教学资源缺乏吸引力、教学平台功能不完善、师生交互协作效果不理想、考核机制不健全等问题,针对相关问题并考虑高职院校学生特点,提出在线对分教学模式,充分发挥学生在教学中的主体作用,构建良性的师生交互协作关系,并科学设计了线上教学多元评价和考核机制,可有效提升高职院校思政课在线教学效果.
Teaching Mode of Ideological and Political Education Course in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on OP AD Theory
Through the literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,the follow-ing problems are revealed:online teaching resources are unattractive,functions of teaching platform are not perfect,the interaction and cooperation effect between teachers and students are not ideal,teaching evaluation mechanism is not perfect.In view of these problems,and considering the char-acteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward an online teaching pat-tern.The new teaching pattern gives full play to the main role of students in teaching,and builds a benign teacher-student interaction and collaboration relationship.Concurrently,the teaching pattern scientifically designs the multi-evaluation and assessment mechanism of online teaching,which can effectively improve the effect of online teaching in Ideological and Political Education course in high-er vocational colleges.
