摘要
随着工业智能技术的不断发展,工业智能已经成为推动制造业转型升级和智能化发展的重要手段.当前工业智能发展仍面临很多挑战,其中最重要的是人才问题.通过对工业智能发展背景、工业智能人才需求与高校人才培养现状、工业智能存在的问题及解决方案等方面的分析,提出了针对工业智能的创新人才培养模式,该模式具有重要的理论意义和实践意义,可为高校更好地培养工业智能相关领域的高端人才提供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous development of industrial intelligence technology,industrial intelli-gence has become an important means to promote the transformation,upgrading,and intelligent de-velopment of manufacturing industry.However,the current development of industrial intelligence still faces many challenges,the most important of which is the issue of talent.This article analyzes the development background of industrial intelligence,the demand for industrial intelligence talents,the current situation of talent cultivation in universities,the problems and solutions in industrial in-telligence.Then,the paper proposes an innovative talent cultivation mode for industrial intelligence,this new mode has great theoretical and practical significance,which can provide reference for uni-versities to better cultivate high-end talents in the field of industrial intelligence.
