Empirical Study on Employment Difficulties of Ethnic Minority College Students and Countermeasures:Taking Hebei Petroleum University of Technology as an Example
Taking ethnic minority college students in Hebei Petroleum University of Technology as the research object,and focusing on their employment difficulties,this paper analyzes their employ-ment status and the reasons through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Based on the research,the following measure are proposed to promote high-quality employment of ethnic minority college students:for students,they should improve their personal quality so as to enhance employment com-petitiveness,adjust their employment mentality and make long-term career planning;for colleges,they should improve employment guidance service system to help ethnic minority college students get jobs;make close contact with employers and open up employment information channels;for the soci-ety,investment in basic education should be increased,the education level in ethnic minority areas should be improved,besides,our society should also vigorously develop the national economy,in-crease the supply of jobs,adding more employment preferential policies to help ethnic minority col-lege students get employment,employers in the society should face up to ethnic minority college students and take off their"colored glasses".
