School-Enterprise Collaborative Education for Vocational Undergraduate Students under the Construction Goal of"Digital Chengde"
Due to limitations in aspects of education and industrial level,urban and career develop-ment,the shortage of digital talents in Chengde is particularly obvious,severely restricting high-quality development of information technology industry.School-enterprise collaborative education is an effective way to achieve high-quality supply of digital talents.It can not only help universities a-chieve the talent training goal in vocational undergraduate education,but also cultivate high-level talents for enterprises in a targeted way,and also promote the integrated development of education,science and technology as well as talents.Based on practical work in enterprise technical services,digital collaborative education practice is carried out through the following methods:school-enterprise collaborative training of digital talents under the dual-system work-study alternation mode,and order-based digital talent training oriented by enterprise needs.The practice shows that it can effectively improve the quality of digital talent training in Chengde.Under the background of deepening the construction and reform of modern vocational education system,school-enterprise collaborative edu-cation for vocational undergraduates needs to focus on coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Chengde's"3+3"leading industries,providing strong support for the development of digital enterprises and digital transformation of traditional enterprises,and creating a new situation in the construction of"Digital Chengde".
