X区块碳酸盐岩油藏非均匀酸蚀工艺研究及应用

X区块碳酸盐岩油田的开发主要以酸压为主,但单一酸液的酸蚀对地层改造的程度不理想,不能形成有效的增产.针对 X区块地区高温高闭合压力条件下酸蚀导流能力不足的问题,利用室内酸蚀导流实验,研究了现场常用单一酸液和多种酸液非均匀酸蚀对酸蚀导流能力的影响,并刻画了酸蚀裂缝的形态特征.研究结果表明:转向酸刻蚀裂缝表面均匀,交联酸和多种非均匀酸蚀可形成溶孔,且多种酸液非均匀酸蚀的溶孔更加复杂多样;非均匀酸蚀形成的复杂酸蚀溶孔在高闭合压力下能有效支撑裂缝,形成较好的渗流通道,导流能力更大.在 SHB-X井成功进行了现场实施,非均匀酸化增油效果明显增加,日产量保持稳定,未出现大幅度降低.证明了非均匀酸蚀在 X区块油田大规模应用的可行性.
Non-uniform Acid-etched Process in X Block Carbonate Reservoir
The development of X Block carbonate rock oil field depends mainly on the method of acid pressure,but the acid-etched solution of single acid is not ideal for the degree of stratum recon-struction,and can not form an effective yield increase.In view of the problem of insufficient acid-etched conductivity under the conditions of high temperature and high closing pressure in X Block ar-ea,this paper studies the effect of single acid solution and non-uniform acidification on the acid-etched conductivity by using indoor acid-etched experiment,and the morphological characteristics of the acid-etched crack are characterized.The results show that the surface of the crack is uniform in the acid etching,and the cross-linked acid and non-uniform acidification can form dissolved pores,but the non-uniform acidification is more complicated and diverse;the complex acid-etched hole formed by non-uniform acidification is under high closing pressure.It can effectively support the cracks,form a better seepage channel,and has a larger conductivity.The field has been successful-ly implemented in SHB-X Well.The non-uniform acidification can significantly increase oil produc-tion,and the daily output has remained stable without significant reduction,which proves the feasi-bility of non-uniform acidification in large-scale application in X Block Oilfield.
