In order to explore the rationality of maintenance plan for LNG Plant,merge and sort out the maintenance items,and guide the planning,supervision and inspection of maintenance work,the study has collected off-production maintenance records of domestic demonstration project of 5 million cubic meters/day in Hubei LNG Plant from 2015 to 2019.The grey relational clustering model is used for mathematical analysis of maintenance items.The research shows:First,the LNG Plant belongs to the process industry,which is composed of three stages in the production operation cycle,namely normal production,off-production maintenance,and resumption of production in the form of time axis.As the key link between the preceding and the following,the maintenance of off-production must be planned and dynamic program must be preset to ensure"stop and repair,and re-sume production at any time";Second,the grey relational clustering model can merge the existing 18 inspection project observation indexes into similar factors,comb and integrate them into 7 catego-ries,and simplify the complex system;Third,based on the grey relational clustering results of main-tenance work,the diagonalized off-production maintenance plan can be obtained through the prepa-ration of countermeasure fishbone diagram,which can comprehensively guide the control of mainte-nance work process and spot check on completion.
