The 20th National Congress of CPC has raised the Party's understanding and grasp of the function of culture and development laws to a new level.The Chinese civilization has nurtured the excellent traditional culture in Chine,it is the blood origin of Chinese national culture's self-confi-dence and self-improvement,and the cultural foundation of Chinese style of modernization.As the main position of inheriting culture and cultivating talents,colleges and universities should conscien-tiously implement the spirit of 20th National Congress and the spirit of President Xi Jinping's impor-tant speech.They should adhere to the three dialectical unity,namely integrity and innovation,the-ory and practice,and political and academic rationality,in the practice of inheriting Chinese civili-zation;build morality and cultivate people with the cultural essence of Chinese civilization;stimulate the morale,backbone and confidence of young college students,and lay a strong foundation for na-tional rejuvenation by building roots and forging the soul.
