摘要
在高等教育日益重视内涵式发展的今天,学风建设是提升教育质量和促进学生全面发展的重要基石,也是衡量高校治校水平和学生管理水平的重要指标之一.在"三全育人"视阈下,提出构建"十位一体的学风建设体系".该体系涵盖教学、科研、实践、文化、网络、心理、管理、服务、资助、组织十个方面,旨在全方位、多层次地推动学风建设,促进学生全面发展,从而推动高校学风建设高质量发展,为建设教育强国提供基础保障.
Abstract
In the context of higher education's increasing emphasis on connotative development,the construction of academic atmosphere is a critical cornerstone for improving education quality and pro-moting the comprehensive development of students.It is also a key indicator of a university's gov-ernance level and student management capabilities.Under the perspective of"Three All-round Edu-cation",this paper proposes the construction of"Ten-in-One Academic Atmosphere Development System".This system encompasses ten aspects:teaching,scientific research,practice,culture,networks,psychology,management,services,financial aid and organizations.The system aims to comprehensively promote the construction of academic atmosphere,foster students'comprehensive development at multiple levels.And the system can ultimately promote high-quality development in university academic atmosphere,laying a fundamental guarantee for building a strong nation in edu-cation.
