大牛地气田单站增压期高低压混合集气技术

随着大牛地气田气井压力降低,气田分步实施了首站集中增压和单站增压,气田整体进入了低压生产阶段.气田在新建产能过程中出现了新老井压力无法有效匹配、部分集气站无剩余接口的问题.针对上述问题,集输系统的适应性需进一步提高,在大牛地气田原单井高压进站工艺的基础上,优化出了"高压集气"+"井下节流、就近串接、低压进站、混输增压"的混合集气模式,满足了大牛地单站增压期集气需求,同时大幅降低了单井管线投资,提高气田生产效益.
High-low Pressure Gas Mixed Transporting Technology for Pressurization Period of Gas Gathering Station in Daniudi Gas Field
As the pressure of gas wells in Daniudi Gas Field decreases,the gas field has implemen-ted the first station centralized pressurization and single station pressurization step by step,and the gas field has entered the low-pressure production stage as a whole.During the new production capac-ity of the gas field,the pressure of new and old wells cannot be effectively matched,and some gas gathering stations have no remaining interfaces.In view of the above problems,the adaptability of the gathering and transmission system need to be further improved.Based on original single well high-pressure gas gathering process in Daniudi Gas Field,this paper has optimized the mixed gas gathering mode with the feature of"high-pressure gas gathering"+"downhole throttling,nearby series connection,low-pressure gas gathering,and mixed transmission pressurization".The mixed gas gathering mode can meet gas gathering demand of Daniudi Gas Gathering Station during the pres-surization period,which significantly reduces the investment in single well pipeline and improves the production efficiency of gas field.
