The Graduate Union is a mass organization of graduate students under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It is an important force to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of graduate students.Based on the actual work of Graduate Union in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the existing difficulties of Graduate Union in strengthening the con-struction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and proposes to boost the ideological and political education by means of ideological guidance,academic guidance,cultural guidance and practical guidance.The study aims to realize the transformation from indoctrination ed-ucation to infiltration education,from passive education to self-education,which gives a better play to the role of"Three Selves"in university Graduate Union and provides a reference for serving the growth and success of students.
