中苜1号紫花苜蓿高效共生根瘤菌的筛选

研究8株根瘤菌对"中苜1号"紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1)的接种效果.结果表明:8株根瘤菌接种效果差异明显;接种后干草重、根瘤数、干根重、粗蛋白质含量比对照分别增加了3.8%~26.12%,2.9%~41.43%、5.8%~41.38%和2.39%~8.5%;筛选出与中苜1号最佳共生匹配的根瘤菌ACCC17544,该菌株能增强其共生固氮效果,既提高于草产量,又增加粗蛋白质含量,具有一定的生产应用价值.
The effects of inoculation with 8 rhizobial strains on Medicago sativa L. cv. Zhongmu No. 1 were studied. The results show that there was significant difference in different strains for alfalfa growth improvement. The shoot dry weight of Zhongmu No. 1 inoculated with rhizobia increased 3. 8%~26. 12%,the number of nodules increased 2. 9%~41. 43%,the root dry weight increased 5. 8%~41. 38%,and the content of crude protein increase 2. 39%~8. 5% in comparison with the control. Zhongmu No. 1 grew well by inoculation with the strain ACCC17544 which enhanced the symbiotic nitrogen fixation, forage yield, and protein content in alfalfa.
