摘要
利用MODIS卫星的陆地表面温度数据,模拟了2004年和2005年生长季(5-10月)当雄县高寒草甸的土壤呼吸、土壤异养呼吸和根系呼吸,以期为土壤呼吸空间尺度扩展提供相应的基础.结果表明:2004年生长季的土壤呼吸、土壤异养呼吸和根系呼吸总量分别为1059.11,393.80,665.31 g CO2·m-2.而2005年生长季的则分别为1114.77,423.34,691.43 g CO2·m-2.土壤呼吸、土壤异养呼吸和根系呼吸都有着明显的季节变化,即第153 d前后开始迅速增加并保持较高水平,至第241 d左右开始迅速下降.根系呼吸占土壤呼吸的比例为48%~69%,并随着季节而发生变化.土壤呼吸和土壤异养呼吸的Q10值范围分别是1.13~1.17和1.12~1.27.
Abstract
The soil respiration, soil heterotrophic respiration and root respiration of alpine meadow in Damxung County were estimated by using MODIS land surface temperature and the equations between soil (heterotrophic) respiration and soil temperature during the growing season (from May to October). Results showed that the soil respiration, soil heterotrophic respiration and root respiration total amount were 1059.11, 393.80 and 665.31 g CO2 · m-2 during the growing season in 2004, respectively, while those were 1114. 77, 423.34 and 691.43 g CO2 · m-2 during the growing season in 2005, respectively. Seasonal changes of soil respiration, soil heterotrophic respiration and root respiration were obvious: they increase rapidly in the beginning 153 day of year (DOY) and kept high level until 241 DOY then decrease dramatically. The ratio of root respiration to soil respiration ranged from 48% to 69 % with seasonal changing. The Q10 values of soil respiration and soil heterotrophic respiration ranged from 1.13 to 1.17 and from 1.12 to 1.27, respectively. This study may provide basis for scaling-up of soil respiration.
