近红外漫反射光谱定量分析天然牧草营养成分

为了快速测定内蒙古锡林郭勒盟草原天然牧草的营养成分,试验选用内蒙古锡林郭勒盟草原2016年5-11月份的主要牧草及混合牧草样品共407份,研究利用近红外漫反射全光谱扫描技术结合实验室检测数据,用修正偏最小二乘法(MPLS),进行粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、木质素(ADL)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)的定标和验证.结果表明:Ca、NDF、DM、CP、Ash的外部验证相对分析误差RPD(SD/SEP)均>3,NIRS预测值与化学值的相关系数RSQ均在0.9以上,说明这5个指标的定标效果较好,建立的定标模型可以用于实际检测;ADF外部验证相对分析误差2.5<RPD<3,RSQ为0.881,说明利用NIRS对该成分进行定量分析是可行的,但预测精度有待进一步提高;P、ADL、EE的外部验证相对分析误差RPD<2.5,RSQ分别为0.56、0.472、0.806,说明这3个指标的预测模型暂不能用于近红外光谱的定量分析.研究初步建立了内蒙古锡林郭勒盟草原天然牧草常规营养成分的定量分析模型,为该地区天然牧草营养成分快速测定和数据库建立提供了便利.
Quantitative Analysis of Herbage Nutritional Components on Natural Pasture by Near Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy
In order to determine the nutrient content of native herbage rapidly in Inner Mongolia Xilin Gol League rangeland,407 samples of main species and the mixed herbage were collected from May to November in 2016.This study utilized the modified partial least squares (MPLS) to get the calibration of crude protein (CP),neutral detergent fiber (NDF),acid detergent fiber (ADF),lignin (ADL),crude ash (Ash),crude fat (EE),calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P) by combing near-infrared reflectance full spectrum scanning technology with the laboratory test data.The results show that the relative error of external verification (RPD (SD/SEP) of Ca,NDF,DM,CP and Ash is greater than 3,the correlation coefficient RSQ between the value predicted by NIRS and chemical method is greater than 0.9,which indicated that calibration of Ca,NDF,DM,CP,Ash is good,the establishment of the calibration model can be used for practical detection;The quantitative analysis of the components by employing NIRS is feasible as the relative error of external verification of ADF is 2.5<RPD<3 and RSQ is 0.881.However,the accuracy needs to be further improved.Meanwhile,the prediction model of the elements P,ADL and EE cannot be used for quantitative analysis of near-infrared spectroscopy since the relative error of external verification of the elements is RPD<2.5,RSQ is 0.56、0.472 and 0.806,respectively.In this paper,the analytical model for the natural herbage contents on the rangeland provides convenient for the rapid test and database of the herbage nutrient.
