Study on the Spatial and Temporal Variation of Vegetation Coverage and Topographic Differentiation in Min County from 2000 to 2020
To explore the spatiotemporal changes and topographic effects of vegetation coverage after eco-logical engineering in Min County, the vegetation coverage in Min County from(1)with the implementa-tion of ecological engineering in Min County, the overall vegetation coverage tends to be good, with 66.34%of the areas being mainly covered by high vegetation.(2)The spatial distribution of vegetation coverage showed a distribution pattern of"high in the east and low in the west, high in the south and low in the north".High vegetation coverage areas were densely distributed in the eastern and southwestern parts of Min County, while low vegetation coverage areas were mainly distributed in the northwest.(3)The stabil-ity of vegetation coverage exhibited a spatial pattern of coexistence of high and low fluctuations, with high and low fluctuations. The proportion of vegetation improvement area was 58.76%,and degradation ac-counts for 30.43%,indicating that the overall trend of vegetation coverage in the study area was improve-ment.(4)The terrain factors had a significant impact on the spatial distribution of vegetation coverage in Min County:from the perspective of average coverage changes, the coverage in the study area is shaded slope>semi shaded slope>semi sunny slope>sunny slope. The vegetation coverage increases with alti-tude.As the slope increases, the average vegetation coverage in Min County showed a trend of first in-creasing and then decreasing, with the fastest growth rate observed in areas with slopes exceeding 25 °.
