With the deepening involvement of digital technology in public governance,the administrative rule of law system has encountered unprecedented challenges in dealing with legal complexity,data gaps,rights protection,and administrative equity imbalances.In order to address these challenges,in terms of intention and compliance,the construction of administrative rule of law in the digital age should be committed to promoting the realization of digital law-based government and requiring the administrative power to adhere to the human purpose and exploring actively the balance between technological application and institutional construction in specific administrative activities.At the practical level,it is urgent to establish a legal framework that adapts to the digital age,optimize the algorithm decision-making mechanism in public governance,build a law-based governance pattern with pluralistic participation,and strengthen the awareness of administrative rule of law in the digital age,so as to promote the construction of administrative rule of law in the digital age to a new stage,and provide a solid legal guarantee for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
