Evaluation of County-Level Political Ecology:Index Construction and Effective Implementation
As the primary-level political ecology,county-level political ecology not only has the common operational characteristics of political ecology,but also exhibits unique qualities under strong local influence.From the perspective of political system theory and the actual county-level political life,the structural elements of county-level political ecology can be classified into four categories:economy,system,subject,and culture.In terms of the practice of political ecological construction since the 18th CPC National Congress,there are still limitations in the evaluation subject,evaluation content,and evaluation methods.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for county-level political ecological evaluation based on six categories of evaluation elements:political responsibility,political culture,power supervision,relations between officials and the public,service development,and social justice,so as to promote the effective implementation of evaluations through the improvement and optimization of evaluation principles,evaluation methods,and application of results.
