On the Integration of Agriculture,Culture,Sports and Tourism to Promote Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas of Sichuan Province:Based on Field Investigations in Three Case Sites
The integration and development of agriculture,culture,sports and tourism in Sichuan ethnic areas is the entry point and driving force to promote industrial revitalization and high-quality development and common prosperity.Taking industrial integration as the starting point,this paper discusses the dynamic mechanism and integration mechanism of the integration of agriculture,culture,sports and tourism to promote rural revitalization,and establishes a comprehensive effect evaluation index system.Taoping Qiang Village in Li County of Aba Prefecture,Tiechang Village in Huili of Liangshan Prefecture and Yading village in Daocheng of Ganzi Prefecture are selected for field investigation and empirical research.The results show that the comprehensive effect of the integration of agriculture,culture,sports and tourism is more prominent in Taoping Qiang Village,while the integration effect of Tiechang village and Yading village is not obvious.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization paths of multi-industrial integration:improving the interaction and cooperation mechanism and interest linkage mechanism;exploring multiple modes of integration,innovating ways of integration,and broadening the depth and breadth of integration;strengthening the policy support for the integration of agriculture,culture,sports and tourism industries;improving the land transfer mechanism and optimizing the construction of supporting facilities for industrial integration.
